Does MIXO sell alcoholic beverages?

No. MIXO does not sell alcoholic beverages through this website. Customers use their own spirits where applicable.

Is MIXO available for immediate shipment?

MIXO is currently in the market validation and pre-order preparation stage. If you join the waitlist, no product will be shipped immediately.

What is an early-bird reservation deposit?

If offered, an early-bird reservation deposit allows customers to reserve priority access to MIXO. It is not the final product price and does not represent immediate shipment. Final pricing, delivery timelines, and product details will be confirmed before final order confirmation.

Is the reservation deposit refundable?

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, early-bird reservation deposits are refundable before final order confirmation. To request a refund, please contact admin@drinkmixo.com.
